Social Central – Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) is the community and safety rulebook for Social Central (the “Service”). It applies to all users of our websites, mobile applications, and related services. This AUP is incorporated into our Terms of Service. If there is a conflict on a legal or billing topic, the Terms control; on conduct and prohibited content, this AUP controls. Violation may result in content removal, suspension, permanent ban, and reporting to law enforcement when required.

1. Age Requirement

• You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. Users under 18 are not permitted to create an account or access the Service.
• Minors are not permitted. Accounts for underage users will be terminated.
• You may not post, upload, share, or request images or other content of anyone under 18, in any context.

2. Illegal Acts

• You may not use the Service to commit, promote, solicit, or facilitate any illegal activity under applicable law.
• You may not use the Service to plan, advertise, or carry out fraud, identity theft, hacking, or other cybercrime.
• You are prohibited from posting anything unlawful in your jurisdiction.
• We may remove content, ban accounts, preserve records, and cooperate with law enforcement as required by law.

3. User Tools & Self-Management

• Social Central is designed so users can manage their own experience with minimal moderator intervention.
• Use Not for Me, Block, and Report Abuse to address unwanted interactions.
• We do not mediate personal conflicts between users. Attempts to pull staff into personal disputes may result in bans for those involved.

4. Prohibited Content and Behavior

The following are strictly prohibited on Social Central:

4.1 Sexually Explicit Profile Content

• Nudity and sexually explicit images or video in profiles, albums, messages, tags, or other Service surfaces are prohibited (including partial nudity exposing genitals, female nipples, or close variants).
• For men: no visible penis or outlines through see-through or tight clothing. For women: no visible vagina or nipples; no see-through clothing exposing these areas.
• Offering or soliciting sex, paid sexual content, or adult subscription services (including OnlyFans-style promotions) results in an immediate ban.
• The private album feature is not a license to send unsolicited adult content invites. Repeated harassment after an invite is declined leads to immediate ban.

4.2 Child Sexual Exploitation or Abuse

• Any sexual content involving minors (real or fictional), grooming, or child sexual exploitation or abuse material is strictly prohibited.
• Photos of children are prohibited in any album or message, regardless of context.
• Sending sexual or explicit content to minors is prohibited. We will ban accounts and may involve law enforcement.

4.3 Sexual Violence

• Content that depicts, promotes, threatens, or glorifies sexual violence, rape, or sexual assault is prohibited.
• Threatening sexual violence against any person through the Service is prohibited and may be reported to authorities.

4.4 Non-Consensual Content

• You may not post, share, or threaten to share intimate images or private content of anyone without their consent (“revenge porn” and similar conduct).
• You may not use another person’s photos or identity without authorization (impersonation / fake pictures).
• Capturing, recording, or redistributing profiles, private conversations, tags, or other platform-specific interactions for external social media or public forums without authorization is prohibited.

4.5 Human Trafficking and Sex Trafficking

• You may not use the Service to facilitate, recruit for, advertise, or otherwise support human trafficking or sex trafficking.
• Any such activity results in immediate termination and referral to law enforcement where appropriate.

4.6 Scams and Fraud Against Users

• Scam activity intended to defraud end-users of the platform is prohibited, including phishing, advance-fee scams, romance scams, fake investment schemes, and other deceptive schemes.
• Spam, automated deceptive content, and fraudulent schemes are prohibited.
• Creating fake accounts, using disposable contact information to deceive others, or maintaining multiple profiles to evade bans is prohibited. Users must maintain a single, authentic presence.

4.7 Harassment and Hate-Based Abuse

• Unwanted or persistent harassment of any user is disallowed.
• Harassment on grounds of race, gender, age, or any hateful or malicious grounds is treated with equal severity to other abuse categories.

4.8 Weapons

• Guns and weaponry imagery are not allowed on the Service.

4.9 Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Synthetic Content

• You may not post, upload, send, or otherwise make available content created, produced, materially altered, or substantially authored by AI, machine learning, generative models, deepfakes, or similar synthetic means—including images, photographs, avatars, videos, audio, profile text, messages, tags, and comments.
• All content you share must reflect authentic human expression and real captured media. Violations may result in content removal and account suspension or permanent ban.

5. Profile Picture and Media Requirements

• You must have a primary profile image that prominently displays your entire face (forehead, eyes, nose, mouth, chin, cheeks, ears).
• Collage pictures are permissible only if every image in the collage fully shows your face.
• Memes are allowed only if they do not violate other rules in this AUP.
• AI or synthetic images are prohibited for profile pictures, public albums, private albums, and messages.

6. Reporting and Enforcement

• Use in-product tools: Block, Not for Me, and Report Abuse.
• If five (5) unique users report you within five (5) days, you may be automatically banned.
• Once banned, rejoining with a new account is disallowed; you remain flagged as banned.
• Violations may result in immediate content deletion and a warning or ban, depending on severity. Banned profiles may be frozen and removed from the Service.
• We may retain records (including images) of banned accounts for safety and compliance purposes.
• We may remove content and suspend or permanently ban accounts at our sole discretion for AUP or Terms violations.
