Social Central hosts user-generated profiles and content. When content or accounts violate our Acceptable Use Policy (AUP), we remove content and/or suspend or ban accounts under this takedown process. PDF: Download PDF.

1. How to Report a Policy-Violating Profile or Content

Anyone can report a profile or content that violates the AUP using one or more of these methods:

Please include: the reported profile name or User ID / SCID if known, URL or description of the content, and why it violates the AUP.

2. How We Review a Submitted Report

How it is reviewed

  1. Receive report (in-app, email, or form).
  2. Triage by severity (child safety / CSAM, non-consensual intimate imagery, threats/trafficking, other AUP).
  3. Compare reported profile/content against the AUP and Terms.
  4. Decide outcome: no action, content removal, warning, temporary suspension, or permanent ban.
  5. Where appropriate, preserve records and escalate under our Law Enforcement Protocols (including possible NCMEC reporting for child sexual exploitation).
